Spend money elsewhere

They don't stay on the jack, sometimes it sticks to what I'm lifting, I pull out the jack and the block sticks and then rolls through the shop. Then the dog attacks her like a new toy and I have to fight back. Sometimes the dog gets mad at me for taking his new toy and tries to bite me.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Good but not great

Too big for all RF connectors but the description is correct.

Too big for all RF connectors but the description is correct. I just put it between the lift and the frame. After lifting it once, it already has a big notch. Not sure if this will last. I believe it is in fact a sacrificial overlay to preserve the frame's finish. I would like a little more durability.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I will add later

Good product. Must be for Jax.

Works great with my jack. It protects the underside of my cars and is very strong and will hold its shape without being cut or deformed. The only minor complaint is that the 3-ton Powerzone socket (B003UM7B98) I bought from Revain is only 1/2 inch oversized so it slides around a bit. Otherwise a good buy.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • No power

Fits Craftsman 2 Ton Aluminum Jack

Edit 2nd February 2020: Ordered a replacement as the old one was worn out. Use daily as you can see in the photo provided. Fits great on my 2 ton aluminum Craftsman jack. Now I will not scoff at my cars that I work on. These bushings are made of polyurethane and are very durable. You can just pull them out when you don't want/need to use them. I have two other Craftsman jacks that these pads will NOT fit (regular 3 ton and 3.5 ton jacks).

Pros
  • Industry Best
Cons
  • Security

It's sturdy, made of fairly good material and should hold up

Very slippery when taken out of the box. I was worried it would slip off when I put it on my jack, so I wiped off a decent amount of "grease" before using it. Prothane really has to be somewhere in between. 3 inches is too small 5 inches is too big, at least for my jack. I knew it was going to be big before I ordered it, but gosh it's really big for my 3.75 inch round jack. It's durable, made of pretty good material, and should last a long time. That gave me an excuse to cut out the block and…

  • Enjoy

They used to be great, but now they're outdated and inferior.

I've had one of these for a few years and loved it so I ordered another for my new second floor jack but Prothane have made this one very very cheap since I bought the first one. The old one (the one on the left in the two pictures below) had a hard polypropylene backing that gave way towards the top, making it very durable and crush resistant. The new one is literally plate thin and doesn't have the hard polypropylene backing of the old one. It deforms and cracks as soon as the car's weight…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
