Failed to Perform as Advertised

We purchased this motor mount for our automotive project and were disappointed with its performance. Using this product, our team found that it did not effectively reduce engine movement and vibration as advertised. The instructions were also lacking, making installation more difficult than necessary. The only pro we can mention is that the black color was aesthetically pleasing. However, we would not recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their engine's performance.

Pros
  • Durable material helps provide a secure and long-lasting mount for the motor.
Cons
  • May cause increased vibration and noise due to the stiffness of the material.

good bushings - engines and engine parts

bought these for my 2000 WS6 and am happy with them. A little more vibration when idling, but that's actually not that bad and I actually like it. Recommend these instead of OE rubber engine mounts. Just a note, you will need to grind the heads of the 2 clamshell bolts so they are flush so they don't rub against the engine block.

Pros
  • Provides the rigidity needed
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Some disassembly required.

They just arrived today, got them for my '02 Camaro as I'm unplugging the stock ones for another repair anyway. To install them, reuse the metal body of the stock mounts and remove the factory rubber mounts, just a little time with a drill and blowtorch. An update will come later if there are landing problems. They are two of the stakes. (would be good info)

Pros
  • Contains Super Silent Lubricant
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
