Not worth the money!

Not worth the money. I bought it because of the good reviews and it's of no use to me. I started using this after not being in front of a workout for a month. So keep in mind that I haven't used anything for a whole month. A spoon doesn't do me any good. Two spoons will do next to nothing. I think I need to use three spoons. Considering I've only been using it for three days and my system was completely drained of pre-workout speeds, I didn't need to use three scoops. If it was a good product I

Summary: Great pre-workout powder.*** Is it strong? Yes, he is _very_ strong. Be careful with the dosage. I'm fairly tolerant of stimulants, but a full scoop is way too much. Many people say they take 1/2 scoop or less. Try it on a non-training day to find the right dose and see the effects. This pre-workout is not on. This is PSYCHOTIC. Previous posts will tell the reader how "I felt like I could be sick for the rest of the day!"
