Image quality mediocre to good, pan doesn't work, tilt doesn't work and zoom doesn't work. The user documentation is terrible and confusing at best. Downloading software is difficult and the software is far from intuitive. The support website is no better and the phone support is barely responsive. I finally found a webcam that fits my needs! image quality at the highest level; The zoom function works with an easy to use interface (I would like to add that the software is very basic but it suits my needs). The instructions are very general and these instructions apply to the more expensive camera systems they sell. For example, a webcam doesn't need an IP address or a firmware update to work. I can't say it's bad, I just never figured out how it works. For me it's just another webcam as I can't get the PTZ part to work with any of my computers so it's just a wide angle webcam that's pretty clear and captures the whole room behind me.
