Didn't give 5 stars. I need to buy screws and washers for the door. The screw holes were not drilled to the correct length or size.

This was assembled upside down by the manufacturer. It took me a minute to figure out what the problem was. It's also not very durable. I have 2 pit bulls and our other kennels are much stronger.

My problem is that I have to use the sunroof to let my dog out. The pre-drilled holes in the front door were misaligned. The bolt, when screwed in, closes the door on both bolts. It will not open after closing due to misalignment. There was also some damage to the front of the cage resulting in the tray not fitting properly.

We bought a larger version of this kennel from another brand/seller and it's great. We got it for our little Pitty who keeps bending the bars of his cheap kennel. When we opened the box, some parts were covered in rust and the coating on the corners was peeling off. It's honestly not worth the time or effort to try and get it back and take it upstairs to get it back but I'm very disappointed in the quality of this kennel.

Absolutely disappointed with this product. For a kennel of $200 and that's what we get. Very bad processing. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Metal filings are poured into the bars from where they were drilled and not examined later. metal shavings of pain everywhere. The screw holes weren't set correctly so the screws for the locks didn't go all the way in. Absolute waste of time and money. I will request a refund immediately. Terrible product, please do not buy, you will be disappointed.

I wasn't really impressed from the minute I opened the box. The plating on the bars was peeling off all over the crate leaving ugly bare rust spots on the frame. I had to drill a few holes myself with a drill for the frame nuts and bolts, the hardware that came with it was missing 4 straight pins and the holes for the locks didn't match the holes on the cage itself. We had a dog escape artist and were warned when we received him that nothing would ever hold him back. Shiny design, wigwam top is ideal for lean, large dogs. Otherwise it was a nightmare. The holes didn't all match up, we got it working anyway, nothing that couldn't be fixed with a drill.
