I had a small jug but felt I needed to keep refilling it. That's cool. It's heavy and you have to hold onto the top to avoid spilling, but it's great.

The small latches on the top of the lid that hold the valve to add water were broken during shipping. While I like the improved filter life LED indicator over the old design, other cap issues make it a pain.

Every time I pour water from this pitcher, it spills everywhere. Had to use a newer model as the Classic could not be delivered until August (that was May) but should have waited. Looks like I'm not worth two mugs after replacing this one.

I bought this jug to replace my previous Pur water filter jug. This jug is much larger than my previous jug. I found that the lid of the new pot was cracked. I just smeared some glue on the lid instead of sending it back. So far I am very happy with the pitcher and my water tastes great.

This thing spills every time I pour water. The lid is poorly constructed and water seeps in everywhere. It can hold a decent amount of water, but you have to refill it 2-3 times to fill it up because the pre-filter chamber is too small. ALSO mine was already open? I didn't realize I was going to pay for an open box or a used item so that sucks.

The water tastes great, the filter snaps in snugly and filters surprisingly quickly, but that's where my praise ends! The lid is not attached to the pitcher, it just sits on top and falls off as you pour, causing water to spill everywhere unless you hold the lid tight as you pour. But you'll only know that after you've spilled water all over the place and cursed a bit at the mess it's about to wreak. I would not recommend a jug of this size for children, seniors or those with minimal upper body
