    Good basic ski socks

    They are as advertised. They are thin enough to conform to the body and thick enough to add some warmth. I wish the wool content was higher but they are quite comfortable. As a casual skier these probably won't be my next purchase but if you ski on holiday they are perfect and great value for money. I am satisfied with the purchase and service.

    What an unexpected pleasure

    I am more than pleasantly surprised by these socks. I have sensitive feet and my socks looked a little "busy". But my fears dissipated after wearing them for a minute. I LOVE the letters "L" and "R" on the socks! Nice gesture. I wear them quite often and will probably wear them out before the end of the ski season.

    Good ski socks in outerwear

    Wore these skis last weekend and they matched the advert. Overall good comfortable. I have big calves, so thick socks are not suitable for ski boots. They kept my feet warm all day. I used to wear Cabela or REI wool socks while skiing and found them too scratchy during the day. It didn't irritate my feet.

    Warm and comfortable

    I wear size 10. Large size fits perfectly. Came just below my knee. The sock is snug, but not too tight. Stayed in place. Keeps my feet warm. I've never had a problem with cold toes while skiing. I only had to wear this pair of socks rather than multiple socks to keep warm. I love that one sock was marked for my right foot and the other for my left foot. Very comfortable sock. I would buy again.

    which can be good or bad depending on the weather

    I'm a size X-Large because I wear size 11 shoes. But these socks seemed small. They fit well on the first try and after one wash and dry they have become a bit tighter. I wore them snowboarding and they were very warm which can be good or bad depending on the weather. I wish they were a little bigger and that's perhaps their only downside.

    They are as THIN as my summer socks.

    I wanted to buy long socks that are not only warm but also comfortable. When light weight was mentioned, I figured it didn't mean too bulky (heavenly socks tend to be bulky). I know what ski socks should be, and these. Is not it. They are as THIN as my summer socks! As such, they don't offer the warmth or chin padding that I would have expected from the SKI SOCKS.     Very good! good for men

    I'm not a skier, but this winter I needed warm but thin socks to go with my boots. I'm allergic to wool and it's always itchy, but these don't itch at all! Very comfortable and thin, which I prefer, but also nice and warm for me in not very cold temperatures. They tolerate frosts down to 20 degrees well, but we haven't had really cold weather in Rhode Island this winter. Not much support or compression but a good sock that works when you need warm knee socks under your pants. They tumble dry ok
