Purelux Universal Replacement Stainless Polished Review

Matches my shower at my shop where I have my dog. The original was 5 feet long and was very stiff and not long enough. I bought a 10 foot and it works really well. Not that heavy or that stiff, now I don't know if it's "cheaper" and won't last long, but for what I need it's very flexible and I can wash my pup easily without struggling with the hose to have to. Ideal for shower spout and shower head.

We have a walk in shower so I bought this to wash my dog in the colder months. That works great! Suitable for a shower in the bath. The hose is more durable than most handheld showerheads. Long enough to wrap around a dog without getting wet. If you buy an adapter from 1/2" male to 3/4" male, you can also connect a standard garden sprayer to it.

The product corresponds to the description so I don't consider it a defect. As far as I could tell the hose was fine. However! There's no rubber-plastic casing on the outside, just raw metal. I'm worried about the hose scratching the plumbing, tub, tiles, etc. so I sent it back immediately. I hate to turn it down as the product seems good, I just wanted to warn others and save everyone involved the heartache. .

We wanted a hand shower especially for bathing our little grandchildren and our big golden Astrakhan. This hose was the longest I've seen and had decent reviews. Has worked very well for over 6 months. We made sure that the hose comes straight out of the water inlet and that the shower head is attached to the wall. The plastic liner inside the metal hose is less stressed with this type of attachment and should therefore last longer.
