This brand/product does not work as detailed and is not worth the money. I bought 2 orders for each pair of my shoes; Every pair I rarely wear more than once a week, I bought this product to wear after I got home to absorb all the sweat etc and keep the shoe smell fresh. Don't expect this product to eliminate odors. It just isn't.

I wasn't thrilled at first. I thought: WHAT DIRT! The package comes without instructions as if you need instructions anyway. But yes you do! You should crumple and massage these bags and then force them into your shoes. As if the massage activates the charcoal. But yes, they work. The odor is neutralized. You just don't smell anything until you put your shoes back on and they stink.

Living in Florida we get a lot of moisture and this bamboo based charcoal helps absorb moisture in my car, toilet, garage and other humid places. And it also absorbs bad food odors in my car and it's easy to "reboot" the whole product by leaving it in the Florida sun for 2 hours. I would recommend this to drivers who usually bring food in the car and eat it up daily in warm weather.
