Termination after 6 months, no customer support!

I ordered 2 sets of these headsets in November 2017. About 3 weeks ago one of these is charging fast so I called support service, left a voicemail, emailed. No Answer! Just left another voicemail and tried pressing 'sell' instead of customer service, same 'leave message'. Apparently all their lifetime guarantees, marketing ploy - just a scam. Even though the other headset works, it still has issues, the case keeps falling off, they're already loose and cheap looking. Other than that, the sound…

Bought 2 months ago. Worked fine for a month and a half. Then check for sound issues when connecting directly to the device. Now the headphones stopped charging. I called support and they asked me to leave a message directly on my voicemail. I emailed them and filled out the contact form. Nothing back. They are still under warranty but after reading more reviews I am concerned that there is no customer service or warranty. For €100 this is absolutely unacceptable. Revain should prevent them…

Incredible customer service!

I have 4 pairs of these headphones that we bought for the kids and I will not hesitate to buy another pair tomorrow. They worked flawlessly with both wired and wireless connections, and the sound was on par with the much more expensive sets I've had in the past. Even more amazing is their customer service, they really go above and beyond. REMINDER: This is a BLUETOOTH/WIRELESS HEADPHONE that charges with an OLD small USB charging cable. So I had a bit of a problem with my first purchase and realized it was an issue with the iPad itself (due to the old iPad and Apple forcing me to update). these headphones. Excellent headphones bad case

I like the headphones but the case needs a little tweak from the zipper side. A week after they broke I repaired the case and the zipper broke on the other end. So 1 star for the case but 5 stars for the headphones themselves. UPDATE 01/17/19. The Sound Labs team is great, they saw my comment and asked me to email what I did and they sent me a new case for my Munchkins headphones.
