Easy installation and great replacement for a scratched factory button. It's a little shinier than the factory button, but it still looks good and doesn't cost much.

Amazing this is such a simple little mod very easy to install and looks great. There's something about a big bright red button that just makes me happy when I see it, so much better than a boring standard button! For this price you can't go wrong!

Apply clay (included) to the original start/stop button, press and hold for 10 seconds, then pull quickly back and the old button comes off! Align and press the new start/stop button. That's all!

A small piece of clay is included with the product to pry out the old button. My old start button was scratched from wear and tear so I decided to replace it with this blue button. Looks damn sick. Not as light blue as I thought. It looks more like navy blue or royal blue.

The push button comes with putty which needs to be kneaded to form a small flat surface that fits onto the button face like an inverted mushroom with a 3/4 inch stem. Press the putty against the shank button and leave for a minute to allow the putty to adhere to the button. While holding the putty, give it a sharp tug and the OEM knob will come straight out. There is no need to disassemble the entire wooden panel and remove the entire switch.

I love how this engine start/stop button adds color and complements the blue trim on my 430i convertible! Installation was easy and took almost a minute using the clay method. I didn't have to pry the whole unit out with the mini flathead screwdriver that came with it. What I'm not sure about is that 1) the setup on the 4 isn't exactly perfect - it stands out quite a bit compared to the OEM. but I think I'll get used to it and no one else will notice unless they have a 4 Series themselves. This
