Enhanced Connect 🔌 Harness for Putco 529004 Blade Review

This is a great plug and play solution for your vehicle. I assumed this would work on the 2018 F150 but unfortunately not. Called Putco to check and due to a backup camera, backup sensors and a towing package the installation would have resulted in trailer fault codes. Putco Technical Support sent me the correct wiring solution and schematics to hardwire their Blade 92010-60 with no problems.

Should have looked at other reviews before buying. I would have known to buy waterproof connections. Revain needs to update his photo. Putco has updated its website to reflect the lack of connectors. The price is a bit high. There is another brand that is cheaper and I would buy instead if I had known beforehand. But it works as intended. So instead of waiting for a holiday delivery, I keep it to myself. The lack of connections should have lowered the price.

Good quality product and does the job but Revain really needs an update on the product description and photo. The 4-pin connector is the same as the picture, the other two wires are just there, no weatherproof connectors, and each is cut half an inch shorter than the wires going to the 4-pin connector. This is the second of these Putco 529004 connectors that I have bought. The first came with no plug on a black and white cable like the photo so I sent it back. I ordered another one that had connectors but when I got it it was also the same as the first one without the Delphi Weather Pack quick disconnects. Putco 529004 did not come with Delphi Weather Pack connectors on white and black wires as shown on Revain. As a result, I had to buy it separately and install it myself! Additional costs!

A must have if you don't want to cut into your truck's wiring harness. This trailer is very easy to use and gives professional results. My setup looks very professional and this trailer worked great. Bought because not a single wire needs to be cut, spliced, stripped or secured. Just buy and install Putco 529004 Blade Quick Connect Wiring Harnesses and Putco Blade products. Not so, save your money and buy Curt Harness at half price. I have confirmed in writing to Putco Direct that they do not stock plug and play return line adapters for the Putco 529004 Blade Quick Connect Harness.
