There are many reviews here claiming this product got stuck in the reviewer's ears or IN their ear canal. This would not have happened if they had read the instructions for use. It's easy to assume you'll put them in your ear to act as a "plug". And honestly, if they didn't look like a fork, it might ease some of the confusion.
