Ok - not sure what to say---I Don't really expect this to be plugged in as is - I have two ceiling speakers connected to an included Bluetooth control box that MUST be plugged into the wall. Truth? I called tech support and they sent me a random link to a video on how to "hack" the cable and do it yourself. I'm afraid it's impractical on components that aren't designed for the wall. The sound quality is excellent. I think the bass is enough. Connectivity can be an issue. Sometimes my phone says it's connected but there's no sound coming out of the speakers. Tried other phones, same problem. Had to unplug the speakers for about a minute and unplug the phone. Then I plugged my phone back in and it worked.
