Very poor quality assurance and return policy

The price is right and everything in it works great. Yes, it doesn't do everything, but it does a lot, it's small and the accuracy is very good. Update: The first module was returned due to multiple issues; the rear ground point was loose/inoperative, the main function knob (input selector) was loose and non-functional. I got a new one with a missing ribbon monitor button and the same ground point issue. I lived with the ground point problem and removed the cap from the old unit's tape recorder

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Poor repairability

The microphone no longer has to stay on the iPhone speaker!

Lightning accessory cables and adapters kept disappearing, and teachers had to hold the mic to their iPhones. I know Pyle doesn't have a very good reputation but I didn't have a lot of money and I donated it to the school to provide a way to connect audio from their phones via bluetooth. In the video you can see that I made it to the end of the gym without any real reception problems. I also created two USB sticks with ambient music and happy music (MP3) and bound them to the rack. Even if…

Just what I need for home audio

I was looking online for a stereo mixer stand for my new pool house. I was amazed at how few options existed apart from professional, expensive gear. I found this Pyle product which looked perfect but the low price made me wonder about the quality. But the low price is also the reason why I decided to take the risk. All I can say is this is a great little blender at the moment, especially for the price. Build quality isn't impressive so I wouldn't take this thing to the street, but it's perfect

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Bought this for my dad to connect to his active monitors/electric pianos with multiple audio inputs: 7 inch tablet (for Pandora streaming ); a small Sony CD/DVD player; and his little MP3 player. After a month of use this seems like a great device with a lot of flexibility. We haven't really explored its ability to read USB sticks and SD cards, so I can't comment on that interface. We also didn't test the Bluetooth capabilities with a tablet, for example, as we don't really need it. I can tell…

Pros
  • Rugged design
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Two devices, too loud, very bad, one star

Pyle PPRE70BT. I purchased this item to replace a more expensive preamp that had failed circuitry. What came was even smaller than expected. Two stars would be too generous; Loud as this preamp is, it's useless for really high-fidelity. Judging by the sound of the noise, it's a power supply filter problem that could probably be solved with sub-dollar parts. It's a shame really because with relatively more inputs including USB and SD slots and a tape loop (a rare thing these days) it could come…

  • Elegant design

Pyle Preamp/Tuner - Reasonable Price

I really wish I could give this unit a higher rating but there are a few things that make it really difficult. 1) The FM tuner picks up stations quite well, but it's not that easy to tune into a station. Basically you let the tuner "auto-program" and then have to slowly cycle through each store to get to the one you want. For example, in my area, the tuner put out 52 stations in the car program. The two stations I want to hear are at 92.1 and 101.5, which ended up becoming memories #13 and #32,
