Powered by 2 heating pads on 2 separate tanks!

I think this works great for controlling heaters on 2 separate tanks. What other reviewers obviously haven't noticed is that if you're using both outlets for heating, the first temperature setting is how hot you want it to be (power off), the second setting is when you want the power on (minimum). Temperature) repeat for the 2nd connector. For example, I want both of my tanks to have a maximum temperature of 80°F and a minimum of 75°F. So my first setting should be higher than my second. If I…

Looks very good so far

Just got rid of this item and after a few hours of use it seems very good for the price and the functionality is amazing. I use it to regulate both sides of my bearded dragon tank, making sure the sunny side and cool side are at the right temperature, at least around 80 degrees to keep humidity levels lower. What I noticed is that it's fairly accurate and has a comfortable temperature range. It's quiet, seems to handle use without too much trouble, and as far as setting up the perimeters, it…

Accurate and works perfectly for heating a ball python

I am currently using this to control a ceramic radiant heater and under tank heater to maintain the temperature on the hot side of my 20 gallon glass python tank. For ball pythons, the angle should be about 90°. For CHE I have a probe sticking out to measure ambient temperature. On at 87°, off at 92°. For UTH, I placed a reptile mat on top of a heating pad to keep the snake from getting too close. Then I put the probe under the carpet and it comes out of the hole in the middle. I set this to…

It has many uses - does what I need.

I found the instructions and display a little confusing, but it's not a light switch so that's to be expected. We have a very large air compressor with an external oil cooler that tends to overheat. I bought it to lower the oil temperature. The supercharger has a belt driven fan that draws air through an oil cooler, but the fan is not ducted so it doesn't actually draw air. I mounted a wall mounted exhaust fan directly on the radiator and connected it to the pyrometer. The fan came with such a…

You set a temperature "dead band "

I was very excited when I found this article, I am trying to control the heat lamps for my chicken coop. After making what I thought were the correct settings, I installed it in my chicken coop. The next morning I came and there was no heating! I thought that was it, bad reviews come true. In short, I understand that you have set the "dead zone" range in the temperature settings. For HEAT, the "ON" temperature is the minimum temperature (how cold) you want your item to reach before the output…

Not intuitive but it works, here's how

I'm always reading guides and I think I have a good grasp of how things work. Still, I set it wrong at the beginning. Even when I knew it wasn't working properly, I couldn't figure out why. Actually, I thought it was either defective or just not doing what I wanted it to do. I couldn't figure out how to contact the seller without resorting to "ask questions" but I really didn't know what/how to ask. I tried contacting the seller and after chatting with the Revain chatbot for a few minutes I…
