Pyrex 3-cup Rectangle Glass Food Storage Set: Convenient Pack of 4 Containers Review

Arrived broken and didn't look like the original box as it was wrapped in plastic. When the package was opened there was broken glass that almost cut me.

I bought these for lunch at work but the lids don't work. They don't hold the container well so juice leaks and the lids fall off quickly. Incredibly disappointing quality. I feel like I've spent my money on this - what's the point of having such a small container without a working lid? If I could go back I wouldn't waste my money on it and I don't recommend you buy this product.

I bought this Pyrex cookware to take lunch to work. I'm already betting on using glass but would like to be able to use it in a working microwave as there are no other dishes available. In the past, Pyrex silicone lids were thicker, more resilient, and of better quality. They're CHEAP, THIN, inflexible and definitely NOT airtight! I filled the reservoir with water to test. They can be used as paperweights in a pinch, but as food storage containers they are useless as the lids will not fit and will leak. I would have expected such a lack of quality if they were made in China, but they were made in the United States. I give them back to Revain. The lids warp after the first use when storing hot dishes. I've read the reviews and it's true I've never tried pouring liquids into these containers because of this. If you need something for wet food or something that can be roughly transported, buy something else. Also, you can't put them in the microwave, which sucks.
