Pyrex 4-Cup Round Dish with Dark Blue Plastic Cover - Clear (Case of 4 Containers) Review

The crockery works great, easy to clean, stackable. My only concern is that the lids will crack over time. This leads to sealing problems. A better choice of material could solve this problem with the lid (e.g. silicone) and make this cookware perfect.

Before I found them, my food was everywhere. Now my food stays in these magic bowls! This is crazy, I just put food in these bowls and it just stays there! it doesn't invade my fridge; my counters; my floors; My clothes; These things really changed my life! Thanks to these magic bowls, my whole house is much cleaner and less smelly! Thank you Pyrex!

These glass plates are good but they don't hold 4 cups of liquid dishes/sauces at all. They only store a maximum of 3.5. 4 glasses fall out on the sides. I was expecting a different size and something I could easily store a liter of sauce in. I have a few of these slabs that I generally like, but I have a terribly difficult time finding a larger size unless I buy them in a set and then end up with a million little slabs that I don't need .

I cleaned the 4 bowls I received and when I cleaned one I noticed that they had a black circle on the had an underside that could not be detached. It also has another half round that doesn't come off. Looks used and resold. I don't want to bother sending them all back for one but I'm very disappointed. I just hope they hold up. It also has a small mark that could be considered a crack, but it doesn't go all the way through the bowl.

This is the perfect size for packing my home cooked meals for work and also a good size for storing groceries. I prefer using glassware for the ease of cleaning (plastic containers are harder to clean with greasy/greasy foods), the quick drying time, and the peace of mind that I am not microwaving toxic plastics with my food. . Love them and the price. Try to avoid plastic wherever possible. I've been trying to get glass jars with waterproof lids. You didn't really impress me. I use them to take lunch with me. I like glassware and plastic lids. This is the third time I've ordered more and my plastic tubs are officially sold out. The caps need to be changed every year or two, but everything is fine now that I know. I don't like bowls with lids that have to be "snapped open". I started using plastic cooking containers, then switched to airtight glass/plastic containers, but no product can match the durability of Pyrex. I used all my other containers until they all broke and started collecting these. I currently have 10 of these and have never had any issues with residual odor or stains. I bought these for my kids. They always take my containers to work and I don't have them anymore! They were plastic though, so I guess it doesn't matter.
