💡 Multi-Purpose Adapter for Review

I ordered this item to use as a portable washing machine adapter for my kitchen sink as the faucet head is unthreaded. In general it works fine. I didn't give 5 stars because I felt the quality of the rubber could be better. Parts of the rubber are slowly torn by the metal clip. I use the adapter to fill my portable washing machine with water at basically 5-10 minute intervals and so far for 2 months it's still holding up. i would buy again

I bought this because my python tank cleaner didn't fit my new kitchen faucet. It's a bit smaller than my old faucet and I can't find the right adapter to make them work together. It finally got to the faucet when I took out the middle insert, but the threaded end didn't match the python connection. Since it didn't fit, the "universal" adapter is useless to me and a waste of money. Another reviewer said the same thing, I should have listened but really wanted it to work.

Do yourself a favor and take your faucet aerator and maybe even a python to the hardware store if you don't remember the measurements (like me) and easy look for something that works because that's what you're going to do anyway. I couldn't get my aerator adapter (coupling) out of my new faucet so I got this one and it was a total failure. I figured this would work for me since I didn't have an expensive Moen device, but no. Put this on my sink's stringless faucet for my reverse osmosis system. Fit great! I watched for 15 minutes and found everything is fine. I came back an hour later, eventually a small crack appeared in the rubber and water spattered all over my basement. Spray in a 20-foot rest room. Gone, slapping TV, surround sound, game consoles, floor mats, everything. Allow fans and dehumidifiers to run for a few days before attempting to turn electronics back on.
