The ability to have all of my patients in one place, which is very helpful for managing appointments at different times throughout the week! It also allows me to send emails from within the program that are sent out automatically without having to do it myself each time I need to contact someone about an appointment or issue with their patient's insurance plan/benefits. Gendaba is great for physician scheduling, which makes life easier in my office! We've been using it since we started with this service provider - they continue to improve their product as needed by our needs. There are no negatives that I can think of at all!! The ability to use one program across multiple offices saves so much time every week when entering patient info into different systems (ie EMR). Also having access from home means less trips up state/country-side visiting family members…

The software is easy to use, it has an intuitive interface which allows for quick setup of new patients without any issues from our end! It can also be integrated with other health systems such as ZOOM so that one patient doesn't need multiple logins when they visit different hospitals or doctor's offices in their community; this makes things easier overall since you don’t have someone else handling your scheduling needs while working at another site/office where there are no shared credentials

The simplicity of making our scheduling processes much more efficient! I am always overwhelmed when it comes to all different types/sizes, services, etc., however everything is so simple with this software system! When you can make multiple schedules for clients at one time versus having to manually do that by myself or others in my office; there's no way anybody would disagree. Also being able to pull reports from the database makes finding any previous patient visits very easy (and fast)…
