Review on QGenda by Sam Doucette

The simplicity of making our scheduling processes much more efficient! I am always overwhelmed when it comes to all different types/sizes, services, etc., however everything is so simple with this software system! When you can make multiple schedules for clients at one time versus having to manually do that by myself or others in my office; there's no way anybody would disagree. Also being able to pull reports from the database makes finding any previous patient visits very easy (and fast)!! Honestly couldn't be happier if they continued development as far along what we currently have implemented-it truly helps us out A LOT. !! The ease of use once you have your data loaded in is very enjoyable, it's easy to navigate around as well.The support team are great too! There aren't many downsides really but I guess that could be because i am using version 5 so there might not yet been something released for me with this software which they haven't mentioned when we first signed up though? We used qgenda to help manage our patient bookings across all specialities within my practice.
