Review on QGenda by David Jennings

Gendaba is great for physician scheduling, which makes life easier in my office! We've been using it since we started with this service provider - they continue to improve their product as needed by our needs. There are no negatives that I can think of at all!! The ability to use one program across multiple offices saves so much time every week when entering patient info into different systems (ie EMR). Also having access from home means less trips up state/country-side visiting family members or friends vs traveling back down here during business hours.- easy set ups & reminders via email helps tremendously keep us organized each day w appointments. I like that it is easy to use, has an excellent customer service team who are always willing to help when you need them, and can be integrated with other systems as well. It's not perfect by any means but we've been able to get the most out of what we have so far. We're currently trying to integrate our appointment booking system with this software to make scheduling easier for providers.
