I bought one of these bags in 2015, my second in 2017, my third in 2019, and my fourth in 2022. This bag meets my needs perfectly, looks nice, is comfortable to carry. After two years of use the strap will fail - the cloth strap that fastens around the metal D bracket will fail, or the clip that fastens to the metal D bracket will fail. I am a surgery scheduler and when I am not at the office, I use my laptop. I was surprised that it fit my laptop along with my accessories.If I had to say what I least liked about it, is one of the pockets has a small velcro piece to keep it closed. It does sag when things are in it. What I did to fix that problem is I bought Velcro and added it across the top of the pocket. Now it stays closed and I don’t worry about anything falling out.

I use this to store my MacBook Pro 14 inch. It fits perfectly. It has extra zippers for the charging cables and all the accessories you may need for it. The luggage strap is also super helpful because you can just put it on your suitcase and go about your day. 10/10

The sleeve would be perfect if the design was solid. The open pockets on both sides rely on velcro to keep them closed. When you have your laptop in it or have anything in the zipper pockets, the velcros don't line up. You can try to force the velcros closed, but then the sleeve itself looks misshapen around the velcros.This might be fine with you but drives OCD people like me nuts!

From pure esthetic perspective, it is absolutely nothing special. It is the item that does the job: it is made for the purpose and it is made well for the purpose. Yes, it is a quality item, I think it will last, but on the picture it has much more visual appeal than on my shoulder. I had somewhat higher expectations.
