The name of this product suggests that it is a down coat. The description of this product states that it has down filling. However, it is very clear from the photos of the label that there is no down filling in this product. This is a polyester filler. The zipper on the bag also broke.

I bought it for my 7 year old grand nephew. He was so mesmerized by the comments as to how good he looked in it. He refused to take it off!

The product itself is good but I feel like they took money to sell it. Returning items to Best Buy is very problematic. Much smaller than what I ordered, the person who packed it knew it was a scam. They should list if they are too small to save people the hassle. My son really wanted to wear it for Christmas.

I bought this for my 6 year old grandson, he loves all the army. He loved it and loves realistic patches. This is not the best option for prolonged extremely cold weather. However, he lives in Montana and wears it to school. He likes to turn it around and play astronaut. Although it was a bit pricey, it was worth the money.

This jacket was very cute and I would have kept it if only it was bigger, but I had to return it because it was too small for my son. He is 12 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall (super skinny).

My son liked the jacket but both times I had to send it back because it was too small, the threads came out, the zipper wouldn't close.

The jacket runs very small. My grandson barely fits in. And it has to be the right size. I recommend that you tell customers to go up a size for the best fit.

Bought this jacket for my grandson. He loves to! It's very comfortable and keeps him warm now that the cold has come. Arrived as promised and is highly recommended.

Nice jacket - warm and cozy. Although small. Size 14/15 fits my 11 year old who normally wears a size 14/16 with no problem but has absolutely no room to grow. Sorry for the return!

First off, it's definitely not a down jacket and the inside label even says it's 100% polyester. This should guarantee a return from the start. In addition, the jacket smelled of cow dung and I wanted to throw it away. Unfortunately the child liked it so we left it even though it was too big for them. Luckily at least the smell came out after a good wash. All in all I want us to give it back.

This reversible jacket is well made and really great quality at this price point. Generous duck down filling (no unpleasant down smell on delivery), super soft camouflage fleece on the inside of the jacket and hood, zip pockets (on both sides) and a stand-up collar that keeps the neck warm even when the zip is closed. hood removed. The jacket has not yet been worn in winter and I am unsure of the jacket's ability to wick moisture from the quilted side in wet or snowy weather.

My son comfortably wears a size 12 and even a size 10. So I ordered a 12/13 to be on the safe side. Well, he's so tense that he can't bend or raise his arms. We didn't try to close it. Too bad it's very soft inside. I'm really frustrated with the return process. The easy ways to do this near my house are always full! And complex paths that I just don't have access to.
