Mineral Material: This air stone is made of natural mineral material with a green plastic base, causing no effect to the health of your lovely fish. Stable in Water: Each stone measures 4.5 x 0.8 x 0.5 inches (L x W x T) and weighs 1 oz. Its cuboid shape allows it to lie steadier than other shapes in the tank. Easy to Use: Soak the stone completely in water for 1 hour before use. Clean regularly by a brush as they get clogged after weeks or months of usage.

Disappointing Aquarium Aerator Stones

These stones barely release any bubbles which is disappointing since they were marketed specifically for aerating aquariums .The only positive is that they are cheap. However, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a solid pet supplies investment as they don`t deliver on their intended purpose..

Can work well in an aquarium but the bubbles are a little weak for hydro users

I used these in hydroponics many years ago and they have worked great but the last ones I bought don't last long until they clog and almost don't emit air bubbles...cheap chinese junk...but it seems like american stuff has been getting harder and harder to find since biden came to power...buy american stuff if you can find it.. ...
