Defective - never worked properly and broke after about a week

It only bends side to side - not 360 - I've had similar ring holders in the past that have loosened after a while. The pin came out and I just put it on my phone this week!

Doesn't stick well to dashboard

The ring itself is great. The hook on the other side doesn't stick to anything. I wiped the spot where I glued it with alcohol, let dry and glued. Squeezed and held well. A few minutes later I hung the phone on it and the hook fell straight to the ground along with the phone. Of course, when it fell to the floor, the sticky pad got dirty. What now? Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It only bent sideways - did not rotate 360 - I have had similar ring holders in the past which have come loose after a while 'Cause The pin The one holding the ring is starting to come out but this one is loose and won't stand up because the pin fell out a bit and I just put it on my phone this week!

Good until its gone

Less than a year after purchase the ring lost its ability to stay in place. No longer works as a stand and the ring is so loose that it is difficult to attach the pup to the car stand. It has become unusable, but the adhesive is so strong that I have to figure out how to remove it.
