Be careful guys, the picture is different from my experience. I bought this twice, there are two models, one is silver and one is chrome, and they both look silver in the picture, the only difference is chrome has more shine, so I chose chrome, because it shines more, and delivered black instead of silver. as in the picture, make a replacement, it went black again, then i gave up and gave the money back, don't buy chrome

I thought I'd put the beautiful picture of Crome up for sale, but instead I got a black polished product that said 'Crome Polished'. Ordered again hoping they just made a mistake but received the same black product and not Crome as shown in the product picture...ordered from another company and finally received a wonderful Crome product - will these two Return item. Just awful!

Looked great when first installed. BUT the screws are not designed for use in wet environments. I installed this for about a month and this particular tub has had 10 showers and the recess for the Phillips head screw is already rusting and transferring the rust to the main body. And even after cleaning, the water stains decided to settle. After only 10 uses I can't say I'm impressed.

This product came very quickly and was easy to install. The part that took the most time was removing the old one that had gone bad. I was nervous as I've never done this type of setup before, but it couldn't have been easier. The whole process took 15 minutes, even less if I was more experienced. However, I will caulk it to get a tighter seal - I think the other one rotted because water got behind it and corroded it.

Took about five minutes to install. It doesn't include a cotter pin, but my joint doesn't need one as it attaches like a hook bent with pliers. I have included photos of the packaging, instructions and details showing the inner workings for reference. It would be an accident to put the drain up instead of down, but other than that it's pretty damn easy. This solved the problem of the old mechanism not being left open after the kids took a bath.

Don't regret this purchase! Works better than expected. I reused an old (but still good) clogged plumbing fixture and installed it to replace a worn handle that wouldn't stay down. He was connected all the time. Works perfectly. It requires very little effort to lift! Not sure how long the chrome will last but at this price just buy another one! I'm only interested in the length of the screws. They can be a bit long for some baths (like mine). In that case, just use the old ones. Would put 5 if

I replaced all of my bathroom/shower paneling and replaced the original Watco overflow/off switch. It fits and works perfectly and was too easy to install. Even if it doesn't seem to be the best quality. It looks cheap and I'll probably replace it again with another WATCO at some point.
