I took the time to review all Quest bars for calories, protein, carbs and fats and this one came in at 180 calories (most others 200-210), 6g fat (most others have 8-10), with the same protein (20g) and carbohydrates (23g). Don't let the cover fool you - it clearly says these are "illustrations only" because if they showed you a real bar you wouldn't be buying the box. It's dry, mostly tasteless, and leaves you wanting something tastier. But given the nutritional value, I'd say if you can…

This product will knock the brownie taste out of your mouth!

Picture does not show Chocolate Fudge Brownie on packaging. It looks more like a scroll that has been melted down with gorilla glue and exposed to abnormal atmospheric conditions. It's terrible.
