Quick Risk Matrix Review

My favorite thing about this program was that I could easily create my own matrix with any combination or variables needed to assess risks in our organization! Sometimes it would take some time before new features were added but they are working overtime at making improvements as we speak so not much complaints here since last update!! It also helps us understand what steps are most important as well help evaluate how much time it will take if each step takes longer than expected. The ease in which you can create your matrix with this program! It was very simple to use once I got over my fear that it would be too complicated compared other programs out there (like Excel). There are few things about QRM's user interface but these aren't deal breakers - they're just minor annoyances like having less rows than columns or not being able drag down from one row into another as easily/quickly when using multiple tabs vs only 1 tab at time etc..
