Fits and works great for a few weeks. The relay arm is already faulty, resulting in sloppy steering and $1,000 tire wear.

I removed my old OE tension arm and placed this next to it and found it very different. It's at a different angle, but it dangles and the ball joint is correct. The difference is that here the tie rod is higher off the ground and closer to the frame. It works but you have to adjust the toe or your steering wheel will be off center and the steering will get in the way. Don't forget to insert and lubricate the grease nipples.

Fits perfectly on my 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L RWD truck. The parts are very strong and rigid, and the grease gun can inject grease through the "orifice". The steering is much stiffer now and will get even stiffer when I replace the broken ball joints. NOTE: It may take some "persuasion" to get the old tie rod out of the old knuckle - I had to bang it around for about 15 minutes, then decided to use a jack to pry the bolt out of the knuckle ; It worked like a charm.
