I took an 18" device that comes in two tubes with a central connector. One tube produced significantly more air than the other ( almost no air bubbles). My guess is that one tube has a lot more or more pores than the other. Whatever the reasons, I am not happy with the product.

If I knew better, I would glue the two pieces together. It worked for 1 minute and then shut down. After separation, it only blows out 1 ending. I'm having a hard time putting it back together. I have to take it off, let it dry and then tape it shut. Cross your fingers.

It's very cheap and doesn't work very well. I forgot to take photos and video until I grabbed it to remove from my tank but as you can see only half of it works. I get the best $2 Airstone strip bubbles I've bought at Walmart. Save time if you want longer versions of this buy something else.

It covers a large area and by adjusting the pressure I can get some or light blisters. Because it's so light, it looks awful with algae growing all over it. I cleaned it with a brush but because it's porous it doesn't clean well. You could think of a darker color so it doesn't look as rough as it is. But it keeps buzzing. The rest are very satisfied.

Unreliable, waste of money. I bought 2 of these for my 75 gallon tank. They don't stick together, they don't float or suck, almost no air flows through them and the end connection is much thinner than a standard hose. One "useful" suggestion was to poke holes in it to get more air. It didn't help at all. I can't stress enough how poorly made they are. And everyone who gave it 5 stars either didn't get the same as me or they have very low standards. Save money and buy something else.

I've always wanted to try a different bubbler for my aquarium, I've always used a hard rock bubbler on my aquariums for the last 25 years. Well, I regret that choice. I ordered a 24 inch. It consists of 2 parts. The part connecting the 2 together didn't work. Every time we lowered it to the bottom of an aquarium already filled with fish, it fell apart at the junction. When I received the product it had instructions on how to drill some holes in it to improve airflow I think? But I didn't when I put the bubbler in the tank and it worked so well! (See below photo) it worked really well for a few days, I cleaned it up, put some light gravel on it and it worked! It was wonderful. I had a bit of an issue with it staying in the suction cup holder, it snapped into place but popped out easily and didn't stick very well. I woke up one morning and it suddenly stopped.
