Quilt Pounce Chalk Refill 4oz Blue: Ideal Solution for Accurate Quilting Marking Review

Watching videos about the company I really hoped this product would save time. Unfortunately there aren't any. I was frustrated that it didn't adhere properly to the fabric, was difficult to see (even after changing the color of the chalk by the same company) and made me cough even with tweezers when used properly. Very disappointing, unfortunately not worth the money. The idea is good but I think the chalk powder needs some work.

I love this pounce quilt marker, it's the same one I bought and exactly what I expected. So, you do what you say, so maybe I'll continue shopping with you while I can't go to quilt shops during this pandemic.

I had a problem using BSR on my Bernina - it tends to leave a film on the foot and then it doesn't allow me to do free motion quilting. I can easily use it on my brother, it facilitates free movement quilting and it is easy to wipe off the fabric.

It definitely stands out well on quilts and forms a clear pattern. Easy to use. However, it is not easy to remove unless you wash it in a typewriter. which is not ideal with a new ceiling. Eventually it will wear out or mostly come from using a water sprayer. However, if possible, use white to make it easier to remove. Pink has the same pros and cons as blue. Maybe there is yellow tinge?
