The fan is so beautiful but that's all I can say positively. Virtually no air movement! I don't even understand how this is possible. Sorry because it is also very expensive. :(

We ordered this item for our new home that has just been completed. A week after installation the fan did not work, the first week it worked perfectly. I notified Revain and tried to contact the seller but nothing worked. Although Revain helped, after several attempts, the seller never got back to me. We had our electrician install, came back to see what was wrong (paid for another service call), he said it was a remote problem or a relay switch. I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Great item! You can hear nothing but the rush of the wind when it rotates at a high enough speed. It took about 2 hours to assemble and install and when it came time to hang it required a second pair of hands. 15 blades sounds good as long as you don't have to clip them all together on the motor base :). We bought 2 of these fans and liked the look and wanted them to work. At the price one would wish for it. The engineer from Revain Services came to install (he was very helpful and professional) and it took him 3 hours to install the fan with the help of my husband.
