Great tool and improved our efficiency greatly

I like that it allows me to schedule outbound calls from my email account without having to go through another application/programming language than what we already have in place (Outlook). It also has easy access for agents who are not tech savvy at all! No need for them to learn new programming languages when they want an agent changeover because this handles everything automatically as well. The only thing is sometimes you don't get notifications if someone answers one call but doesn’t hang…

  • Great support team with prompt response time helpful guides available online too.
  • Able easily add or delete schedules within minutes instead needing hours worthof phone tree system work done manually before hand which can be frustratingly slow & costly depending upon your needs
