Better than previous versions!

I wasn't impressed when I first got it. It's just a pipe with a hole in it. I didn't see how it would carbonate my wine, but I tried and tried. This little guy is just awesome! I can tell a huge difference in my wines and I know they carbonate a lot better than my previous rabbit (bought almost 8 years ago and put in the dishwasher - this one is easier to clean so doesn't need it). . Dishwasher. Hope it lasts as long.)

  • Household and kitchen
Cons
  • I don't like anything about it, everything is fine

Does the job! for wine pourers

I had an aerator but it didn't always fit snugly in the bottle and was difficult to clean. I tried this one and I really liked it. It's more stable in the bottle and aerates better than my old one. These are much easier to use than those that require pouring wine through. It's also easy to clean, just rinse with water and you're done. It's also easier to store because it's smaller than those with a large bulb. Very good overall and I gave it as a gift and my friend was just as happy with it.

What a great product. Bought these for my dad as Christmas stockings. He and my mother love drinking good wine, but they don't usually drink a bottle at a time. He usually decants his good wines, but he doesn't want to because he knows they won't finish the bottle tonight. Problem solved. Now you can aerate your wines from the glass. I was a bit skeptical when I bought it as it looks like a spout. A rather ingenious feat of engineering is accomplished here, however, as you can hear gaps appear…

Not without

You don't have to be a wine expert to tell the difference between bottled wine and sparkling wine. The aeration process gives wine, especially red wine, a fresh, vibrant taste. Try a tasting side by side and you will be amazed. We have had a Nuance wine aerator for many years. It did a great job. But it was dripping at the rim where it was inserted into the bottle which was very annoying. When he was fatally injured while taking out the garbage, we decided to try the rabbit aerator and…

Pour on Young Red and enjoy immediately!

This aerator works great. Drinking red wine a little earlier and the tannins are still over-expressed will soften the wine considerably on the palette and oxygenate the tannins. We drink most of our wine at or near sea level, but we also have a tall house in the Sierra at about 7800 feet. We aerate wines that need to be breathed at sea level so that they can be enjoyed immediately. At altitude, the same wines need to be aerated twice due to the lower oxygen levels. A double aeration at altitude

Rabbit does a great job of aerating

This is the second aerator I have bought and Rabbit does a great job of aerating. If I had any complaints, you need to be a little more careful when aiming for the beginning and end of the cast to match the flow. I've seen a few reviews of drips or leaks but I haven't encountered it when using the Rabbit and honestly don't understand how this can happen with a standard wine bottle. Negative comments also don't seem like verified buyers, but that could just be a coincidence. My Rabbit fits…
