I've been looking for window privacy film and this film was definitely a winner! I've attached a photo of the outside as if that's my main concern (hope this helps). I covered all 8 small windows on the door with a 17x72 inch roll. Very easy to cut and place on a window - I washed the windows with Windex and wiped dry then sprayed with water from a spray bottle and used a small box to remove air bubbles :)

We just moved into our new house and our bathroom has lots of clear windows. Instead of adding blinds to the bathroom I put these in all the windows and it's perfect. You still get all the natural light but with privacy. If you've ever installed tint or any other film, it's the same concept. Use plenty of soapy water (or Windex) and a credit card or similar to smooth out the bubbles. Take your time and make sure you pop as many or all of the bubbles as possible.

So this film works great and is fairly easy to apply. I used a spray gun and did it alone. If you have someone to help you, it becomes even easier. Most importantly, make sure your window is really clean - every little speck of dust creates a bubble. Once you peel off the film backing it becomes very static - this is the hardest part. The thing is great. It is opaque and offers 100% privacy protection day and night. You won't see any shape on the other side unless it was within 1 inch of the glass. It also diffuses light well and can brighten a room. Here are some instructions and installation tips, having already created 8 windows.
