I recently moved into a new rental property; Although the large windows have pull-down blinds, you can still see the street as they aren't opaque. It didn't take me long to realize my dog was climbing on the back of my couch to spy and bark at whatever was going on in the neighborhood. Since I didn't receive any complaints and didn't want to deal with property management, I needed a solution that was easy to use, not permanent, yet still translucent. Also, I only wanted to cover the lowest area under the panes, not the entire window. The matte white cloth was great - very easy to put on yourself and for the few weeks I put the cloth on it held up well and kept my dog from seeing things barking outside.
