This is a great low grade urethane that I will destroy in one sitting, which is exactly what I wanted. They're great for touring and such, but if you're into freeriding, they're a lot of fun.

These wheels are pretty much what you would expect in their price range. They work as they should and rotate normally. They seem a bit stiffer than advertised, maybe 80a or 82a, but I don't have a durometer handy so this is just my personal opinion based on how my wheels typically feel.
