Good product! in Parts & Components

Great handlebar, great looks and perfect fit. The shipping box was destroyed, the handlebars were practically hanging out of the box, but hey, they're on a mountain bike. They did a great job with poor packaging and rude shipping. :)

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Minor issues

Great replacement for wide bars

I love these bars on my 2011 SC Tallboy. Went with "Stealth" and looks ok but not amazing. Given the choice, I would go for the gloss black lettering to match the rest of the bike. This is actually a nice set of wide bars that replaced my "tiny" old original set. I would highly recommend them and I love all the colors they come in.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Upgrades

. this is on my GT Agressor Pro and it looked like a brand new bike

Put them on my GT Agressor Pro and it felt like a brand new bike. I'm 5'10" and have a very wide frame and the stock handlebars feel like I'm riding a kids bike. They're nice and wide, but they can be trimmed. There are markers on the grips if you they want to cut a little smaller, after a good crash or two they're still in good shape.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Nothing here

They are huge: Cycling

I was fed up with my shorter 620mm and they were almost a handle bigger. how nice. Super light for alloy. Update: Seriously, these things are huge. I use them on a 2008 Stumpjumper M5 with upgrades. After several trips to the local resort, I really liked them. I also got a shorter stem, my bike came stock with a 150mm stem and I switched to a 75mm stem. The short stem combined with the wider handlebars made pulling up the front wheel a lot easier.

Pros
  • Test for a year
Cons
  • Some flaws
