This product sucks. No matter how much I rub, the bottom of the pot doesn't get clean. Also, even though I only use plastic utensils, the inside is still scratched. I am deeply disappointed in your product. I bought that expensive pan because it had your name on it. I will never buy anything with your name again.

Easy to clean and heats well. I make sure it's completely cool before pouring water on it so it doesn't warp. The only issue I have is the angle and height of the handle. Most holds are roughly parallel to the post. This one is tilted quite steeply, requiring you to twist your wrist or shoulder to grab it. If you have wrist or shoulder problems, you might want to stay away.

This is a great pan for grilled cheese sandwiches or french toast! For 4 slices of bread. The hard-anodized aluminum also means you can't use cooking spray (it weakens the surface and leaves stains). Any oil you use is just for flavoring and also makes cooking healthier. The light turquoise handle never gets hot. The surface is really non-stick coated, even burnt is washed off immediately.

Actually great if you don't like butter. It keeps the oil away from food by deforming greatly. When you flip these pancakes, this pan keeps the rim nice and low so the oil completely exits the pan and spills onto the stovetop where it belongs. This helps transfer heat from the burner to the pot and if you have a flat stove like ours it will burn there and become a permanent addition to your stove. Seriously, how did they concoct so many good reviews?
