Strong kayak carriers that won't disappoint! I didn't use the screws that came with it, I used Tapcon screws to attach it to the concrete wall.

is a great buy. The only problem is that I now have a loose kayak mount holding my kayak to the block wall due to the plastic anchors I didn't measure my masonry with. Plastic dowels have sunk into the log wall and disappeared behind it, now the screws hold the post loose. USER ERROR. Make sure you drill deep enough into the wall to insert the plastic anchor.

This shelving system is perfect for my needs. This is a very strong and sturdy stand. My Jackson kayak is large and weighs 70 pounds. and holds securely. The straps are large and easy to attach. This frees up space on my dock so I can store the kayak upside down and then turn it over before launching it in the water. It also cushions well in the rack. The hard part for me was drilling holes in the metal posts on my dock.
