Good Paring Knives Best in Category Paring Knives

Exactly what this grandmother was looking for! Beautiful and sharp, durable and well made, small and comfortable in hand. Not well packaged, just wrapped in plastic like they were the last in a big set.

Very sharp, VERY thin blade, handle needs revision.

The blade is sharp and I wish the handle was a bit longer and shaped to fit my hand better. (I have small hands, but would like the stability of a slightly longer, more ergonomic handle.)

Lightweight bot to control; but very sharp and precise.

An adaptation of the traditional heavy double knife technique, we like this new one. Be careful and keep them under control as they can rival the sharpness of a razor blade. The will dulls with time; but using a two-hole sharpener easily restores them to near their original sharpness. They would be ideal if the handle had a large and heavy handle to better control them; I love them just the way they are.

Rada knives are THE BEST! You can't beat an expensive knife on PERFORMANCE OR PRICE!

Rada knives have always been my favorite knives! They are perfectly balanced and fit my hand perfectly. I like the little chef's knife. A few years ago I bought several different knives (grandmother's knife and tomatoes) for my new mother-in-law. She couldn't believe how good these knives were! She put away her expensive knives and started using Rada's knife! She has since bought more for herself and some to give away to friends. She's hooked.
