these knives are well made and razor sharp. so handy in the kitchen! I have several sets and bought this set for my daughter's family and they love it.

Do not soak in water. Leads to wear of the handle. Love the weight and the blades are very sharp and stay that way for many uses.

I bought this set before Thanksgiving to have some new and super sharp chef's knives. As always, the Rada came out with bright colors! Super sharp, easy to clean and sanitize, good value and overall a great product. I want knives that work for more than just a pretty face. They deliver in spades.

I love these knives. Don't put them in the dishwasher like some of my friends have done in the past (if you have stainless steel. I think the black handles are dishwasher safe). Again, I have 2 different sets of Rada cutlery and I have given 3 more knife box sets to all the nurses I work with. The tomato knife is my favorite - I have 2 of these (different sets). love them all

Very sharp but very thin blades. Over time they will break. For this reason, chef's knives are made of thicker steel. So far they are good but I wouldn't buy 2 sets if I saw the thickness first. I got young people who cook and me, lol, they're sentenced to the knife. But they are surprisingly sharp. Don't wash the dishes! The steel coating on the handles is tarnishing! Damn kids lol.

Well I got this as a Christmas present but the box has obviously been damaged in storage. It looks like something bad has trickled down on him. The knives themselves are fine. If the packaging hadn't been damaged I would have given it five stars. I have always liked these knives, they are good because they stay sharp, they are well used in the kitchen. They stay beautiful as long as you hand wash them. If you put them in the dishwasher they will turn an ugly grey.

I was so excited to find a beautiful American made flatware set in this style, color and comfortable aluminum handles. I don't use a dishwasher, except for hand washing dishes as all mine require, so don't worry about this hand washing recommendation. After trying a cheese knife at a friend's, I decided to order. I am impressed with this set. I like the dexterity of knives and find that the sharpness of knives gets my tasks done faster. I've noticed this most when deboning and cooking chicken and other meats. They are lighter than any other knife I own so they take a little getting used to and I would probably have preferred a little more weight. My wife bought them. She likes the smaller paring knife and it works for her. They seem a little fragile to my hand but we have had them for over 2 years now and they have held up very well. Rust-free and still very sharp. We wash them immediately after use and dry immediately. We keep them on a magnetic stand on the side of the fridge. We often use a cheese slicer and a bread slicer and they work really well. Nice set for $ but I wouldn't use them for heavy work but it's a great backup set…
