I like the dexterity of knives and I find my tasks.
After trying a cheese knife at a friend's, I decided to order. I am impressed with this set. I like the dexterity of knives and find that the sharpness of knives gets my tasks done faster. I've noticed this most when deboning and cooking chicken and other meats. They are lighter than any other knife I own so they take a little getting used to and I would probably have preferred a little more weight. I haven't used them for serious felling, preferring the larger Santoku for that. But I'm amazed that I can get an entire set of useful knives for less than any of my other knives.
