Kia Stinger GT: Good quality wire but the pins weren't thin enough

I chose to connect to the rear view mirror for my installation as I had previously done with ease on the Infiniti G37 I previously had . This wire is of high quality and I have no doubts about its durability. However, for the wiring harness of my particular mirror in the Kia Stinger GT, neither set of pins were thin enough to cut into. I ended up having to take the thinner pins that came with the wire and use wire cutters to trim the ends to a very sharp and narrow end and then sand down the…

All Radar Detectors Must Come With This

I can't believe detector manufacturers still include coiled power cords that plug into the cigarette lighter socket. 21st century. This gets the job done and even comes with adapter pins so you have two different sizes depending on which port you plug into. For my VW EOS application this was more than adequate but I couldn't connect the actual connector to the rain sensor, the two piece plastic cover never fitted again so I plugged it into the headliner and connected to the power supply. /floor
