without grounding? No surge protection?

Disappointed that it doesn't have a ground wire attachment like my old one? Doesn't that include surge protection? According to the manual, however, this should be enabled? I have an extra one, but why not just make a ground wire? Although everything works fine so no big deal.

Good product but shipping didn't work

Shortly after receiving the transmitter I did a test on the short cord and the item didn't work. I gave it back to Revane. The supplier should and could have performed the same test. Since I still needed the transmitter, I decided to buy it directly from RadioFence. I ended up getting one that works great for a lot less than the price I paid from this seller.

Rest easy, we no longer worry about her leaving our garden and getting hurt.

Installation wasn't difficult at all, I just read the instructions and ran a ground wire, did a test and walked my very smart pup around the perimeter. When she was electrocuted at the lowest level of correction, the aunts realized her limitations. I am very satisfied with this product, thank you.

Good product! Arrived quickly!

I purchased this product to replace my original Petsafe tag which was struck by lightning. Believe me, no grounding would have saved the original transmitter. The lightning strike was too close. I ordered this replacement transmitter. It arrived quickly, was brand new and I was able to install it with little effort. I will definitely order from this seller again!
