Scraper feels hard. Will not slide on windows/mirrors. I give 2 stars for the sponge. Would give 5 stars if wiper was soft enough to get the job done.

This scraper sucks. The rubber blade is like hard plastic and just stains the glass. The handle is thin. The only good thing about it is its recyclability. bye

In general, the thing is good, but the wiper is useless, it does not take the form of crooked windows. Of the 8 inches, only 2-3 touch the glass. This results in dozens of passes to clean a car window.

Overall the product has a great design and the size is compact and very handy. However, the scraper is essentially useless; it doesn't work at all. The cleaning/net side is fine. Overall I give 3 stars because half of the product is useful and the design is great.

The so-called rubber on this mop is like hard plastic. If you can use a plastic ruler to clean a window, this window scraper is for you. Interestingly they used to use flexible rubber which would be great because the item is nice and compact) but then switched to hard "rubber" because it's cheaper. Either way, this item is basically useless and too cheap to bother with returns.

This is great for removing dew from car windows before driving and I also use it to collect the vapor that collects on the glass right in my line of sight (of course) . Without it, I'd be stuck in a parking lot in the dark, waiting for my car to warm up and the fans to come on so I could see. This is dangerous. My car is 28 years old, need help.

This is a good product at a reasonable price. I like that it stretches. It takes a few seconds to figure out how the handle retracts. The mop itself works great. I wish there was a hook built into the design or some other way to ensure the sponge dries after use, encouraging users not to make the mistake of placing a sponge or squeegee on it which reduces its performance . I will buy a good product if I need it again or maybe as a gift.
