    not universal Best in GPS System Accessories

    Ram Mounts makes mounts for different sized phones. I suggest anyone interested in purchasing this excellent holder to first go to the Ram Mount website where you will find an app that will ask you about the make and model of your phone and then tell you which phone holder you are buying must. In my case, my OnePlus phone wasn't on this list so I called the company after measuring my phone and they told me the correct model.</p>

    Great product for car mounts

    I have had a RAM mount for almost 2 years now and am happy with it. Unlike other phone mounts, it is very durable and reliable. I didn't have to replace it. It keeps my phone securely in place when I clip it to my windshield while driving. If you have a large phone like the iPhone 11 XS Max along with a thick phone case, the size of this mount offers enough space to mount your phone.

    Thick GPS units may not work well with this Ram Mount

    I bought this to use with my large Garmin GPS on a motorcycle. Hand spread is fine, but my Garmin's thickness has rubber ram mount tabs that barely hold my GPS. I think I could bend my arms a little. Unfortunately there is no alternative but to turn to the Garmin Zumo divisions who have a mounting system designed for motorcycles. I have a Garmin Zumo 550 on my other bike; securely locked.

    Another quality product Ram

    My wife had a standard size X-Grip but got a newer iPhone that was too big for the standard X-Grip. This larger version of the x-grip now accepts her phone and she's happy again. By the way, it still holds my smaller HTC M8, so we're both happy. I have some Ram products in other cars as well as X-Grip on my sport bike. I can say that every Ram product I own works better than expected and lasts a long time.

    Fantastic large phone holder

    Excellent grip. I installed it in my Jeep and it holds my Samsung Note 9 up well enough that I don't need a stretchy thing to go through the corners of the phone. I'll be buying a second one to mount on a motorbike, I'll definitely use a rubber mount for that! I wish the buttons that hold the phone were a bit longer but they are definitely long enough for a phone and a thick case if you have nothing else behind them!

    What more can I say, this is a RAM product!

    Installed in my Jeep and it doesn't move at all. With all that off-roading and hopping, this mount doesn't move at all. I don't have to worry about my phone flying out and hitting the ground. It's a little tricky to insert the phone with one hand, but with practice you can do it. I've bought a lot of fake RAM in the past but they just don't work and work the same. Bite the bullet and buy the original for the first time. It's a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

    Best mounting system

    I've been using RAM mounts for over a decade. My collection has many components, which is part of the appeal. You can build almost any solution for any situation. This large X-Grip mount is perfect for my LG V35. It touches the phone at the edges, meaning the buttons don't activate when the phone is attached, and I can easily access the volume buttons and fingerprint reader on the back if needed.
