Another reviewer said it's good for dogs up to 35 pounds but the cord is very thin and the latches are very small so I think it's too small and flimsy for a dog up to 35 pounds and 35 pounds is . and may only work for a dog under 10lbs so I'll probably be sending my pair back!

My order just arrived and I've tested it. I have 2 cats who love to walk on the patio. One is well mannered, but my adventurous kitty is not. She loves to jump and jump off the deck and demand that I come to the front door, chase and snap her after ten minutes and chase through the snow the other day. I don't know how long the product will last in Minnesota, but I'm glad I have something to keep close at hand.
