Installation is easy

The material is thick and durable. Difficult to get the recommended hinge bend into the headband. When installed correctly, they do their job well.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Interchangeability

straightened the feathers.

The spring pack on a 1999 Ford F150 with a lift kit continued to rotate and untwist without aligning to add the sheet metal that was installed with the lift kit. I used these spring clips to keep the springs straight.

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Weight

perfect for me: shocks, struts and suspension

I added a leaf to my Jeep XJ spring kit and after that this clip kit worked great. Nice thick metal. I reused the rubber spacers from my stick clamps and it worked great. I saw another review where someone said they wish the clamps had a rubber part.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Dear

Heavy Duty Best Helper

Very Heavy Duty. The metal is much thicker than the Pro Comp brand. Very easy to install. Came with instructions. They recommend rolling up your ears and making a sling, I don't know how. I used large knurled pliers and a C clip. Bend the ears enough and used a hammer to hammer them flush.

  • Certified
Cons

It did its job - Parts and Accessories Performance

I expected it to be a bit bigger. It only grabbed 3 leaf springs, just like my standard clamps (Tundra 2000). I was going to fit at least 5 but it helped reduce the squeak and the build quality is what you would expect from an off-road supplier. Overall I would buy a longer set if I had to do it again but the ranch is of good quality.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • No power

Perfect fit for 2 " wide leaf springs

These fit perfectly on my 1964 Chevy II with 2" mono leaf springs. They are soft enough to be bent with a hammer or channel locks. Basic instructions in the package. Not as heavy as the clips that come with new cars, but they work. If you take them off after putting them on, it will be more difficult to put them back on.

Pros
  • Lots of goodies
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Good product, not suitable for beginners, wished it included rubber pads.

The product has good weight (thickness) and character (extensibility/rigidity). The necessary relaxation bending isn't particularly difficult, but it's also not easy or comfortable for a beginner. It would be helpful if the product included some rubber pads to prevent fretting (abrasion) corrosion, but these can be molded in place with RTV silicone and cured prior to installation. I have 8 of these installed, 4 each on 2 different Chrysler Corp 4x4 minivans. Both machines had 3 leaf springsโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Fits
